What is creativity? Can it be defined? How? How does it feel being creative? What about talent? Inspiration? Energy? Can it be learnt? Expiry date, crisis and death of creativity? Experience and age? Is creativity practical? Can it be measured? How? Ego? Archetypes and stages of creative process? Curiosity?

Is Vancouver creative?

At six, Veronica could list off 64 Crayola crayons by heart, and at 26, she knows them all by Pantone swatch number. She is a globe-trotting, urban-adventuring, vintage-collecting optimist who finds inspiration in the details of everyday life. Veronica loves the dynamics of collaborative design and delights in experimenting, mixing unusual elements and pairing opposites to create work that surprises. Veronica currently lives in Vancouver and is a graduate of the IDEA Program at Capilano University.

"Creativity is much better when it's free. Someone can take it and sell it if that's what it needs, and from that standpoint, you have to have a label. If you could make your music and just give it away and somehow make a living - that would be the best scenario. "
Matthew Sweet
